Aaron Campbell is a project management specialist with extensive background across project planning, execution, risk management, results and profitability. Dealing with challenging deadlines and strict budgets is what has allowed him to develop strong project costing skills ensuring that all reporting is completed accurately.

He worked as a Chief Officer on various superyachts, product development in the vehicle market, Marine Engineering Manager and Operations Manager for an engineering consultancy. These opportunities lead him to find his passion for Engineering systems. Health and safety practices became a matter of top priority for Aaron.

After much due diligence, Pengelly Engineers proved to be the right move. The opportunity to purchase the company arose five years ago when he decided to risk a life’s work on an enterprise and become a business owner.

With 30 years in operation, Pengelly Engineers was a small business with great history. Today Pengelly Engineers has doubled in size and performance. We acquired a CAD in-house detailing and two large hiabs that allowed us to provide improved delivery services for fast-paced markets.

At Pengelly’s Engineers, we make sure that our staff is trained with the latest CAD software and skilled in requirements of welding, fabrication and installing steelwork. We have developed high-quality processes that ensure health and safety for our team and the people around us. We aim to deliver a project at the highest quality in the shortest time.
