Pengelly Engineers has a strong emphasis on providing a safe workplace for all our employees and the people around us. We acknowledge our ongoing commitment and responsibility for maintaining the highest possible health and safety standards. Detailed Site Specific Safety Plan’s (SSSP) and Job Safety Analysis Work Sheets are completed for every commercial project and followed by our staff from the start of the project to the end.
The safety and health of our employees and the people around us is a matter of prime concern to the company, that’s why all of our employees that carry out work on-site have a valid Site Safe Passport.
Individual training records are kept for all employees which detail the training each employee has received and each new task the employee undertakes.
With over 30 years of experience and 25 engineers, we work together as ONE team to manufacture and deliver a professional service for all your engineering and fabricated steel requirements.
We believe in following processes that assure health and safety while delivering high-quality projects and balancing the production times without compromising the quality of our work.
We work together with Site Safe to ensure that the right safety measures are being taken care of. We develop a safe working environment for our staff and the people around us.
Site Safe is a not-for-profit incorporated society, governed by an elected Board of Directors who represent the industry. As a membership organisation, they work with and support members through a range of products and services to achieve safe sites.
Their mission is to build a safer construction industry together. They do this by promoting a culture of health and safety in the construction industry through improvements to systems, behaviours and leadership. They work to create awareness of the consequences and costs of injuries and provide advocacy to promote action.
